Local context

Freemans Waterhole at a glance, for plumbing work

Freemans Waterhole was the name given to the junction of Old Maitland Road and Palmers Road, a well-known rest stop that grew to include a restaurant, picnic facilities and an information centre until the F3 Freeway section was completed in 1987. The suburb’s boundary takes in a large area of Awaba State Forest. At the 2021 Census there were 120 residents and 52 occupied dwellings, and 12 of them (23.1%) were recorded as "other dwelling", the Census group that includes caravans and cabins, against 0.7% across NSW. A cabin or caravan has different plumbing connections from a house, which makes the dwelling type the first thing to establish.

Hot water replacement
My husband spoke with Josh the owner about our hot water service in the afternoon. By the next day it was installed and working. Great service. Great price. Very impressed.
