Local context

Cooranbong at a glance, for plumbing work

The Seventh-day Adventist Church bought 1,500 acres at Cooranbong in 1894. That site covers about 640 hectares, including the Avondale campus, and has its own heritage area plan in the council’s DCP 2014. Council’s history entry gives 1942 for the water supply, and the draft Morisset Place Strategy names Cooranbong as a supporting local centre in the largest future growth area in the Central Coast and Hunter. In North Cooranbong, a private scheme licensed under the Water Industry Competition Act delivers recycled water to homes alongside drinking water and sewerage, so plumbing there can include a separate recycled-water line.

Hot water replacement
My husband spoke with Josh the owner about our hot water service in the afternoon. By the next day it was installed and working. Great service. Great price. Very impressed.
