Who we are
This site is run by Donza Plumbing Pty Ltd (ABN 51 697 209 153, NSW contractor licence 498220C), based in Mannering Park NSW. You can reach us on 0431 549 178 or at josh@donzaplumbing.com.au. This policy covers how we handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, suburb and a few details about the job. Your email address and preferred call time are optional. If you call or email us directly, we keep whatever you send us, along with the job details we need to quote, schedule and invoice the work. We don't run accounts, logins or newsletters, so there is nothing else to collect.
Where your enquiry goes
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service based in the United States. Submitting the form sends what you typed to Formspree, which forwards it to us, so your information is stored and processed overseas. We chose it because it is reliable and the form needs no script of Formspree's on this site. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io. If you'd rather not send details through a form at all, call or email us instead.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages get read, and count when someone taps the phone number or sends the enquiry form. It records how the site is used, not what you type into the form. Google processes this data on its servers, including in the United States. It is the only analytics tooling wired in, and you can block it without affecting anything else: a content blocker, your browser's tracking protection, or Google's opt-out browser add-on all work. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and there is no advertising or remarketing tracking on this site.
What we never do
We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't share them with anyone except the services needed to run the business (the form processor above) or where the law requires it. Your enquiry goes to Josh's inbox and nowhere else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job records are kept for as long as needed to do the work, honour any warranty on it, and meet our tax and licensing record-keeping obligations. If an enquiry never turns into a job, there's nothing ongoing to keep.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we don't need it for a job or a legal obligation. Email josh@donzaplumbing.com.au and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version goes up on this page with a new date.
