The Census published no figures for Moonee, so there is no dwelling profile to go by. Gas supply, whether a meter or LPG cylinders, is confirmed on site before anything is quoted.
Josh holds the gas licence as well as the plumbing licence, so the gas connection and the compliance certificate are part of the same job.

Local context
Most of Moonee is Munmorah State Conservation Area, and the 2021 Census had no figures to publish because the area had no people or a very low population. The decommissioned Moonee Colliery is in the west of the suburb, and NPWS lists a 4 km return Moonee Beach trail inside the conservation area. A property here is quoted after a site visit that shows what water, sewer and gas it is actually connected to.
