The Doyalson-Wyee RSL Club is on the Pacific Highway, and the Link Road, built in the 1980s, runs about 7 km to the M1. Munmorah State Coal Mine operated in the area from 1962 to 2005. It adjoins Wyee, Blue Haven and San Remo.
